We are delighted to be able to share with everyone the first edition of our new quarterly Health & Wellbeing Newsletter. Our H&W sub-committee will be sharing articles and advice on all things health related going forward, with the focus of this quarter's edition being nutrition & healthy eating. We'll also be dropping in useful phrases 'as gaeilge' as we go. We hope these will be of interest and if there are any issues you would like to see covered, please feel free to reach out to any of the committee members and we'll do our best. Enjoy!
