Today is World Suicide Prevention Day.
Life can seem bleak at times and bright horizons aren't always immediately visible, but no-one ever has to feel alone. There is always an answer and there are always other options.
Sometimes, those options start with asking someone how they are. A very simple question can start the conversation that leads to better times. If you see anyone who is struggling, don't be afraid to reach out. Just knowing that there is a comforting voice to listen to can make all the difference.
Free support is available 24/7, there is always someone to turn to:

Suicide has affected far too many families in our club, the wider GAA community and beyond. The theme for this year is changing the narrative, so start that conversation!
